The group, children and adults, will leave from the Donald Harrison, Sr. , 1930 Independence St. at 8:00. The adults will reconvene in the Treme near the Backstreet Cultural Museum around 11:30 and release homing Rock Doves from the Tomb of the Unknown Slave at 1:00pm. It's Carnival Time y'all!
